This position will work with the Operations Excellence - Standards team to ensure all retail Standards and supporting operational information is optimal and clearly supports achievement of retail excellence. As a Sr. Operations Consultation Manager, you will… Support achievement of retail excellence

• Collaborate with enterprise functional subject matter experts to optimize and organize operational information.
• Facilitate collaboration sessions with X-functional subject matter experts.
• Ensure alignment with all stakeholders on identified retail standards and the informational content to support standards achievement.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
