Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist/Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat and phone interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team member
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing feedback on common customer inquiries to improve processes and procedures
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
