  • Extensive HR Leadership Experience: 7+ years in a CHRO, Chief People Officer, HR consultancy, or similar leadership role within the human resources field.

  • Expertise in Talent Management: Strong background in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing employees.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
