Quality Analyst - Healthcare Data Review (Remote)

• * Collaborate with data analysts, healthcare professionals, and project managers to understand data needs and deliver high-quality data sets.
• * Provide insights and recommendations to improve data quality and processes for continuous improvement.
• * Assist with developing and updating data review procedures and protocols to ensure alignment with best practices.
• * Ensure all data-related documentation and reports are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.
• * Conduct routine audits and support compliance with internal and external audits, addressing any data quality concerns.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• * Strong understanding of healthcare data, terminology, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
• * Proven experience in data analysis or quality assurance within the healthcare industry.

• * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in complex data sets.
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Experience:
• * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality analyst role, specifically working with healthcare data.
• * Experience working remotely, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or other healthcare data management systems is a plus.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time, remote position.
