  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to shipments, deliveries, and other Hirefluxa services.
  • Assisting customers with tracking packages, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions to their problems.
  • Documenting and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborating with team members to provide seamless support and ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Staying up-to-date with Taskora products and services to provide informed support.
