Key Responsibilities

• * Resolve insurance claim denials, rejections, and discrepancies
• * Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients
• * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing and coding guidelines and regulations
• * Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare laws
• * Assist with account follow-up and collections, when required
• * Work collaboratively within a remote team setting to achieve billing efficiency and accuracy
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or GED (Associate degree or certification in medical coding is a plus)
• * Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
