Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
• Proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese
• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Typing skills of at least 35 words per minute
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with their EZ Tag accounts
• Processing toll violation payments
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents
• Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A clean criminal background check
• Experience handling billing inquiries and addressing changes in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese
• Experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred
