• *Able to work flexible hours which coincide with the hours parents are available

*Ability to provide workshop/training sessions for parents *Willingness to work with students and parents of students whose attendance negatively impacts performance *Willingness to work collaboratively with all building staff and participate in daily/weekly team meetings *Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures *Ability to establish and maintain professional, cooperative working relationships *Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with staff, students, and patrons QUALIFICATIONS: DESIRED: (Qualifications which are not required, but would be useful to the position) *AA Degree or BA Degree *Experience as a classroom paraeducator or tutor *Knowledge of, and good rapport with entire migrant community *Previous Home Visitor experience Letters and applications received after closing date will only be accepted and screened if the position remains unfilled.
