You will be involved in 5G MLA Real Estate project specialist focused on obtaining and tracking any and all necessary construction related permits for various telecommunication projects associated with 5G deploy strategies. Analyzing potential site locations and then creating business cases for site acquisition. Managing vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition process. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Interfacing with stakeholders like landlords, government employees, community officials and legal counsel. What we’re looking for... You’ll need to have: Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Valid driver's license. Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time. Even better if you have one or more of the following: A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. Experience in RF design and optimization. Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as LTE/VoL/5G technology. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $96,000.00 - $157,000.00. You want more out of a career.
