[Remote] IT Assistant B (MEI Moderators)

They are seeking an IT Assistant B (Moderator) to support virtual training programs by managing online meetings and assisting participants with technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Opens the virtual meeting (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, etc.)
- Assumes the role of host
- Admits participants
- Takes attendance
- Creates & launches breakout room exercises as per instructor directives
- Creates & launches polls
- Oversees the chat function for drops handout documents in the chat
- Manages the whiteboard and annotation
- Instructs participants where to locate the course evaluation link or drops the link for custom programs in the chat
- Provides support for participants with any technical difficulties
Skills
- DEC
- Bilingual (English/French)
- High School Diploma
- 1 Year Related Experience
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based/located
- Knowledge of English at a level assessed on a scale of 0-4
