Sr. Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance - Remote

We’re looking for a senior financial analyst with 5+ years of experience in Finance and with strong modeling skills, ideally from investment banking or PE/VC plus some FP&A experience. We would also look at someone coming straight out of investment banking. This role reports to Senior Director, Corporate Development and Investor Relations and will have significant exposure to the leadership team.

Job Description

• Prepare various financial models and scenarios to provide support to various strategic discussions
• Build and maintain the Company’s strategic long-range financial model
• Become the absolute expert on all of the financial metrics and unit economics of our business
• Develop finance-led viewpoints on the efficiency of all large strategic initiatives across the business
• Support and lead planning cycles with senior management
• Support key initiatives including financing rounds, investor relations & M&A
• Participate in new FP&A initiatives, including ad hoc analysis and process improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial and analytical roles, preferably a combination of investment banking or PE/VC experience plus FP&A experience
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and MBA preferred
• Advanced financial modeling skills (building and owning a three statement model, valuation, and pricing analyses) with sharp business acumen
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Strong communication skills and sense of ownership; experience in effectively presenting key data including to senior management
• SaaS experience or knowledge applicable key metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Pipeline) strongly preferred

Minimum Level of Education:

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field

Preferred Degree / Certification

• MBA, CFA or Master's in Finance
