Your key responsibilities will include:• Assisting with drawing design hygiene and maintaining the integrity of our technical drawings• Traveling to gather information, verify field data, and assist with incorporating data gathered into our systems• Processing drawing requests from Project Managers and Initiatives• Updating and developing Revit Family Libraries to ensure they are current and accurate• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costsEssential Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or a related discipline• Solid advanced technical drawing skills, with experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar software• Basic understanding of LiDAR and its applications• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete projects with tight deadlines• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities• Self-starter, with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to take initiative• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamworkPreferred Qualifications and SkillsWhile not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:• Experience in a related field, such as engineering, architecture, or construction• Knowledge of project management principles and practices• Familiarity with Southwest Airlines' operations and policies• Experience working in a virtual or remote environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the boxCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Southwest Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
