Client Coordinator

Vouch Insurance is a tech-enabled insurance advisory and brokerage that supports growing companies in technology, life sciences, and professional services. The Client Coordinator will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences by managing client inquiries, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client needs quickly and effectively
  • Prepare and manage applications, submission materials, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support developing polished quote proposal decks that effectively communicate our value and insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with the Brokerage Operations team to fulfill servicing tasks such as Certificates of Insurance, coverage upgrades, and billing assistance
  • Monitor outstanding client requests and ensure timely completion, including application follow-ups and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all internal systems are up to date
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall client experience

Skills

  • 1-2+ years of client-facing experience, ideally in insurance or professional services
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to client success
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
  • A hunger to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments
