[Remote] BCBA Fellowship- Path to Practice Ownership
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Finni-health is launching its premier Practice Residency for certified BCBAs aiming for clinical independence. This 6-month residency will provide mentorship and support for BCBAs to build a full caseload and transition into practice ownership.
Responsibilities
- You’ll start by managing a full caseload through Finni in one of our high-growth hubs
- You’ll be paired with a veteran Clinical Owner who will mentor you on Finni’s proprietary systems, ensuring your clinical operations are airtight
- Every two months, you’ll travel to join us in person for Practice Owner (PO) Onboarding
- Deep dives into billing, compliance, staff recruitment, and local networking
- Once your home market leads are ready and your training is complete, you transition out of the residency to lead your own brand
Skills
- Certified BCBA
- Proven track record of high-quality care and parent satisfaction
- Willingness to travel bimonthly for intensive in-person strategy sessions
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire to build a legacy
