Position Overview:- Load, update and process commercial landscape projects for production by the estimating team.
- Read and interpret commercial landscape drawings as pertains to the estimating process.
- Communicate via phone or email with Customers, Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Support Representatives about project information, documents and timelines needed.
- Generate submittal reports for completed projects.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Knowledge of landscape irrigation parts and their use.
- Experience in reading commercial landscape drawings and specifications.
- High school, secondary diploma or equivalent required
- 1 – 3 years of customer service / administrative experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the landscape industry.
