Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients and companies through outbound activities.

Research, map, and analyze each clients characteristics, motivations, and needs.

Develop assertive and persuasive arguments to capture the clients interest during outreach calls, highlighting the value and opportunities of subscribing to our platform.

Schedule and coordinate meetings with our sales experts (AEs) to showcase the platforms key features and benefits.

Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and ability to thrive in B2B environments.

Requirements

Mid-level professional with 2 or 3 years of experience in roles such as SDR, BDR, or Pre-Sales, preferably with a focus on outbound prospecting.

Technical or academic background in sales, business, or commercial areas, with proven experience in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus).

Experience or education in commercial management, negotiation, international relations, or client acquisition.

Proven experience in lead management, cold calling, and new business generation.

Strong goal orientation, persistence, and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Experience

Knowledge or previous experience with: Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Dialpad, Kombo.

Work Model

  • 100% remote within South America; hybrid option available

    for those based in Chile (Santiago).
  • Work hours aligned with GMT-3 / GMT-4 (Chile time zone).
