Your mission

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paediatric care, research, and treatment options, contributing to continuous improvement in care delivery.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development, keeping your knowledge and skills current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with social services, education providers, and other agencies to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care.
  • Play a key role in resolving complex cases, identifying appropriate resources, and facilitating effective solutions.
  • Champion the personalization agenda within paediatric care, empowering children and their families to make informed decisions about their care.
