Purchasing Coordinator

Next 150 Construction, a fully owned subsidiary of Gilbane is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to be responsible for document control, tracking, and distribution of contracts across a Business Unit (BU) or Division.

• Maintains and monitors the Contract Compliance Log; assists with phone call follow up to close open items
• Assists with Insurance and Contract Notice of Awards
• Assists with vendor management
• Enters contracts into electronic document management system
• Assists with posting documents to online bid management system
• Assists with bidder outreach and coordinates with project team to create recommended bidders list

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 -3 years of purchasing, procurement, insurance, or construction experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills are critical
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of construction software and Microsoft Office preferred
• Knowledge of ERP Platform
• Knowledge of Prequalification System

This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

The pay ranges from $45,000-$75,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
