As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, leading shifts, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Greet customers, run the register, and provide excellent customer care
  • Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience
  • Work around the store (inside and out) to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
  • Interact with many customers daily, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Entry-level management experience or sales associate/cashiering experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun!
