Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor - Float - Administration, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions

  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a financial institution or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking and lending

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
