Job Overview

As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a contractor role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work independently, managing your schedule and workload to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues
  • Work independently, managing your schedule and workload to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback on customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Requirements

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted space

  • Organized desk area
  • Ability to work in a home office environment with minimal distractions

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.

Compensation and Benefits

* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour

  • Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
  • Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics
