Job DetailsLevelExperiencedJob LocationTulsa, Ok - Tulsa, OKPosition TypeTemporary to HireEducation LevelLicensedSalary Range$45.00 - $45.00 HourlyDescriptionPay: $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekAbility to Commute:Tulsa, OK 74447 (Required)Muscogee Staffing Solutions, LLC, is currently seeking a Triage Telehealth RN to join our team.A Triage Telehealth RN job description focuses onremotely assessing and prioritizing patient needs over phone or video calls to determine the appropriate level of care, often recommending follow-up appointments or role involves strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to gather information remotely to make accurate assessments.Key Responsibilities:Gather information from patients via phone or video to assess their symptoms, concerns, and overall health the urgency of patient conditions and prioritize needs to ensure appropriate care is provided.Provide patients with guidance and education on self-care, medication management, and follow-up instructions.Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, make referrals to specialists, and schedule appointments as needed.Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and assessments, ensuring compliance with HIPAA emergency calls and provide immediate guidance for critical use electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and other relevant technologies.Stay updated on the latest medical practices and protocols through ongoing training and professional development.Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license:Required for providing patient care and making clinical decisions.Experience in Triage or Emergency Department:Highly desirable for understanding patient acuity and prioritizing care.Strong Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and Judgment & Problem-Solving:Ability to assess patient needs, prioritize care, and make informed decisions based on limited Proficiency:Familiarity with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and other relevant technologies.Ability to Work Independently:Capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting and manage a high volume of patient calls.Empathy and Compassion:Ability to connect with patients and provide sensitive and supportive care.
