Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk and Research Panelist, you'll play a vital role in supporting arenaflex's research initiatives and data management efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our online systems
  • Participating in research studies and providing valuable insights
  • Collaborating with our research team to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and research

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Enter data accurately and efficiently into our online systems + Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness + Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors

  • Research Panelist:

+ Participate in research studies and provide valuable insights + Collaborate with our research team to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis + Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

  • Communication:

+ Respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner + Participate in virtual meetings and discussions + Provide updates and feedback to the research team

  • Continuous Learning:

+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and research + Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, psychology, sociology) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, research, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Reliable internet connection and computer or laptop with internet access
