Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs, provide solutions, and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer satisfaction targets
Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
