Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Upselling opportunities as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide exceptional service

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
