Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry

Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve issues
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues
Schedule
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Wednesday: In-office work in Chantilly, VA from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
Remote Work Requirements
To ensure a smooth remote work experience, you'll need:
- High-speed internet access
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
- A laptop and cell phone provided by arenaflex
