Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, so you can confidently answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.

Position Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional support
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
