Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and navigating our website and online ordering system. With a focus on delivering legendary service, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
