Job Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, while maintaining a deep understanding of our banking products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, adhering to established guidelines and company mission statement
- Manage high-volume phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers through various communication channels
- Maintain proficient knowledge of bank products and services, educating customers and promoting cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve complex issues, escalating unresolved matters through proper channels
- Achieve individual sales, referral, and service quality goals
- Develop referrals from prospects inquiring about bank products and services
- Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues for digital banking products, such as Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Mobile Wallet/Bill Pay
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years' high-volume call center experience, teller, or branch banking experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers in conversation regarding products and services
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to understand and utilize multiple systems, computer, and databases
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of bank products, services, and policies
- Detail-oriented and organized
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a banking or financial institution
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
