About the Role
As a Virtual Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer data. You'll be responsible for entering essential business details into our cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system, verifying information, and helping to streamline our processes. Whether you're looking for part-time hours to fit around other commitments or a full-time schedule, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your time effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Carefully enter customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases.
- Double-check and correct any data inconsistencies, aiming for near-perfect accuracy on every entry.
- Organize incoming digital files – spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments – and apply clear, consistent naming conventions.
- Communicate with colleagues through Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to clarify any unclear or missing data points.
- Run regular validation checks using our software tools to catch and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
- Offer ideas for improving workflows by identifying repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or streamlined procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
* High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with strong accuracy (an online typing test is welcome).
- Comfortable navigating cloud-based applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to document issues clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Self-starter mindset with the discipline to stay focused and productive without constant supervision.
