As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers onboard successfully, adopt fully, renew, and grow their investment with our platform. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they see value quickly and efficiently, and you'll be the primary point of contact from initial implementation through renewal and upsell.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customers see value quickly and adopt the solution fully
  • Primary contact from initial implementation through renewal and upsell
  • CSMs will have a renewal goal and upsell quota
  • Training customers and end users on how to utilize arenaflex
  • Troubleshooting any issues that will inevitably come up and offering solutions to remediate
  • Identifying at-risk customers and escalating solutions as needed
  • Monitoring customer health post-go-live and performing value check-ins
  • Becoming the customer advocate to drive cross-functional teams across development, product management, and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer-facing experience preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent customer relationship and customer service skills
  • Solid communication, listening, and writing skills
  • Clear ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues
  • Organized and reliable: able to work independently with little direction when necessary
