Patient Services Representative (SF/TMU)
We are actively seeking a Patient Services Representative professional that is a certified medical assistant that has an empathetic demeanor and positive attitude to join our remote workforce! We need someone who enjoys making a difference, and can confidently build brand advocacy, deliver empathy, and assist our clients with whatever they may need.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a College Degree
- Must be professional, ethical, and have a patient-centric attitude
- Must be results oriented and pay strong attention to detail
- Must be well organized and computer literate
- Must have at least 2 years of contact center experience
- Must be a true team player with great communication skills
- Must be able to advocate our brands well
- English speaker, Bilingual is a plus!
- Ability to maintain excellence attendance
- Must be flexible as our work schedules vary!
- Experience supporting subscription based products or services
- Proactively identifies and escalates issues to support the patient experience and brand

POTENTIAL SCHEDULE
- Wednesday -Sunday 11AM-8PM CST
- Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-7PM CST
- Friday - Tuesday 8AM - 5PM CST
