We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time, seasonal representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities:

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • High level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Spanish Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Preferred Experience:

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, would also be beneficial.
