As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's constantly learning from our customers and adapting to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with arenaflex.
  • Delivering comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption of our platform.
  • Coordinating implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Monitoring project progress, proactively addressing client concerns and roadblocks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Gathering feedback and relaying insights to internal teams for continuous improvement, helping us refine our customer success approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensuring customers are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for a seamless deployment, empowering them to get the most out of our platform.
  • Responding to inbound inquiries from potential customers, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Following up with existing customers to ensure they stay happy and engaged throughout their subscription, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex projects and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technology in a simple, approachable way, making complex concepts accessible to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly and client needs are met.
  • Motivation to grow and excel in your role and responsibilities, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.

  • Experience working with senior living communities is a plus, but not required.

Work Details & Compensation

As a freelance, part-time, flexible Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you'll enjoy:
