Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on the 3rd shift, you'll play a vital role in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and upholding the integrity of our financial services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls to provide solutions and support
  • Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
  • Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, providing solutions and support
  • Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions
  • Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy
  • Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services
  • Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm
  • Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support, familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems, and a strong understanding of lending practices and financial services will be highly valued.

Working Conditions

This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods. The role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM. Remote work setup is necessary following the initial training period.
