- Lead discovery sessions with laboratory and clinical leadership to identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assess digital maturity and benchmark customers against industry standards.
- Translate operational needs into measurable outcomes: reduced turnaround time, efficiency gains, cost savings, and standardization.
- Co‑create future‑state workflows with Healthcare Consultants (HCs) and Informatics Solutions Architects (ISAs).
- Identify opportunities for interoperability, standardization, and decision‑support across multi‑site networks.
- Support ROI, TCO, and KPI‑based business case development.
- Partner with HITs and ISAs during sales discovery, solution design, and executive‑level presentations.
- Contribute workflow insights and outcome‑focused messaging for RFP/RFI responses.
- Ensure smooth handoff to implementation teams and support change‑management activities.
- Conduct post‑go‑live Health Checks and identify optimization opportunities.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to best‑practice workflows and consulting frameworks.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience in laboratory workflows, clinical informatics, or healthcare consulting.
- Strong understanding of lab operations, workflow optimization, and diagnostic processes.
- Experience working with LIMS, middleware, or healthcare IT systems.
- Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into actionable workflow designs.
- Comfort presenting to executive audiences and facilitating cross‑functional discussions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in value modeling (ROI, KPIs, TCO).
- Willingness to travel within the Western U.S. as needed for customer engagements.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and consultative skills.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $93,680 - $128,810 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
