You will use a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen, as well as the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives to guide leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Competitive & Market Analysis

  • Develop and maintain competitive battlecards, fact packs, and briefings for use across sales, strategy, and functional teams.
  • Conduct root cause analyses on competitive wins/losses and identify patterns, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Strategic Insight & Thought Leadership
  • Deliver forward looking insights on market trends, disruptors, innovations, and shifts in demand.
  • Partner with internal strategy teams to shape the firm’s strategic direction, value propositions, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Prepare executive level reports and presentations that influence major investment decisions.

  • Establish and refine research methodologies, intake processes, and quality standards for intelligence gathering.
  • Ensure ethical and compliant competitive intelligence practices in alignment with legal and professional guidelines.

Requirements

  • Track record of solving complex problems by applying advanced analytical thinking, incorporating insights from multiple information sources, and offering fresh perspectives on existing solutions.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing C suite level deliverables
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross functional alignment.
  • Familiarity with CI platforms, market databases, and advanced research tools.

  • Continuously learn through ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Be your healthiest. Best-in-class benefits start on Day 1 because healthy associates are happy ones.
  • Focus on your mental health and well-being. We're here to provide exceptional service to our clients, and none of that happens without each of us taking care of ourselves and being there for one another.
  • Join a company committed to giving back and generating a lasting, positive impact upon the communities in which we work and live.
