About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter who thrives in a flexible, client-focused environment. In this role, you'll concentrate on sourcing high-quality candidates across multiple industries and roles. You'll partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, identify top talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy building pipelines, leveraging sourcing tools, and getting creative with outreach to find the right talent quickly.

What You'll Do

  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to ad hoc recruiting projects.
  • Represent Connect4Talent with professionalism and a client-first mindset in all interactions.

You Ideally Have

  • 2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.
  • Comfort working independently while managing multiple searches and delivering timely results.
  • Tech-savviness, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and exceptional time management skills.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruiting laws, compliance standards, and best practices.
