Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Utilizing booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently
  • Communicating with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns
  • Liaising with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations
  • Monitoring travel schedules and making adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances
  • Providing clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions
  • Handling cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures
  • Maintaining detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles (not required but preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations
