The Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including calls, chats, and emails. You'll build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring your approach to meet their expectations
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, products, and services, applying this knowledge to provide expert support
  • Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Implementing the latest customer happiness practices, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our clients
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, staying informed about updates and changes

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • Fluency in English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or software-related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Nice to Have

* Experience with CRM systems, particularly those used in customer support environments
