You’re Good At

  • Optimizing event project management and developing creative design strategies.
  • Quickly building trust and confidence with clients and team members.
  • Spearheading operations for complex events, including meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs.
  • Embracing event technologies to seamlessly plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
  • Leading by example as a strong team leader who inspires others.

You Might Also Have

  • Expertise in high-end global event logistics and multi-faceted project management (1k+ attendees).
  • A professional and engaging presence for client interactions.
  • A creative and consultative approach that goes beyond logistics to enhance the overall experience.
  • The ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • A strategic mindset, driven by the understanding of why we do what we do for our clients.

You Should Know

  • This role will require up to 30% travel, both international and domestic.
  • This role operates on Eastern or Central Standard business hours.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Event Manager  is between $60,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
