Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting customer concerns and providing effective solutions
  • Updating customer records and ensuring accurate information
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions

  • Providing excellent customer service and support through various communication channels

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working remotely in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
