Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required)
