Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Accurate Data Entry:

Entering and updating passenger data, flight information, and operational facts into our airline's computer systems with a high level of accuracy.

Reservation Processing:

Processing reservation statistics, including bookings, cancellations, and adjustments to flight itineraries.

Customer Information Management:

Dealing with and updating customer information, ensuring that all facts are up-to-date and correct.

Financial and Accounting Data Input:

Supporting with the input of financial and accounting facts related to ticket income, sales, and expenses.

Record Verification:

Verifying the accuracy of records before access and correcting any mistakes or discrepancies as required.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Participating with different departments to ensure the timely and correct transfer of records between systems.

Confidentiality and Data Security:

Keeping facts confidential and adhering to records safety and privacy guidelines.

Process Improvement:

Assisting in the preparation of news and facts evaluation as required by the airline's management team.

Technique Enhancement:

Identifying and suggesting technique enhancements to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional applicable education or education in data access or computer-related fields being desirable.

Typing and Data Entry Skills:

High-level typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Computer Literacy:

Familiarity with computer programs and data access software, with knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) being a plus but not always required, as training may be provided.

Organizational Skills:

Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Independence and Teamwork:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Data Confidentiality:

Knowledge of data confidentiality and the importance of records protection.
