Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and live chat interactions. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Offer solutions, not excuses, to customers, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
