Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to TurboTax customers via various channels, including phone and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with software navigation and troubleshooting
• Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments
• Escalating calls when necessary
• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features

Earnings Potential

As a Customer Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to $19 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible for incentives and bonuses, ensuring that your earnings reflect your hard work and dedication.

Schedule

This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2025. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with opportunities to work weekdays and weekends. Your schedule will be available between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday through Sunday.

Work Environment Requirements

Technology Requirements

You will need:

• A personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection (at least 10 MBPS)
• Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up-to-date
• USB headset with microphone
• A webcam will be loaned to each contractor for the duration of the contract

Important Information

Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
