Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent to join our US remote team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our properties and services in a timely and friendly manner. Your primary goal will be to enhance our guests' overall satisfaction and promote our brand through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming guest inquiries via live chat and providing prompt, accurate responses
  • Assisting guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions
  • Resolving client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance
  • Documenting interactions and following up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and identify trends in guest feedback
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
