As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Responsibilities

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the automotive industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling when required.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work-from-home requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps.
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps.
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.
