We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Job Role:

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound phone calls from customers to schedule service and maintenance for our Residential Department
  • Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
  • Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Schedule:

* Wednesdays: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

  • Mondays to Fridays: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break), excluding Wednesdays

Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)

  • Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)

Remote Work Requirements:

* arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone

  • Candidates must provide:
