Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Sales Analytics team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to inform business decisions and drive growth. Your expertise in data entry, analysis, and reporting will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex data sets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Design and implement data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support record administrators in meeting requests and requirements
- Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed
- Develop customized reports and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data science, analytics)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data science, analytics)
- Experience working with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Matplotlib)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working in a remote capacity
